It’s funny that the public still sometimes has difficulty understanding why computer techs charge so much, yet all are expected to be thoroughly “in the know” regarding all aspects of computer technology.

Such a topic could never be addressed in an all-encompassing fashion in just a couple thousand words, but a few thoughts and hopefully helpful concepts are addressed, as well as a few practical methods for aiding in this process.

We all learn much in our day-to-day lives if we are open to such growth and the more we share with others regarding what we learn, the more each bit of information can be added to the collective consciousness to achieve overall growth in society.

Somehow thoughts and words spur on other thoughts and words and all of this is very powerful as thoughts and words motivate actions and outcomes in life. It takes a wide variety of minds coming together to achieve extensively more robust levels of comprehension. I am sometimes amazed today at what seems so obvious and simple and clear-cut to me right now, but was completely foreign and incomprehensible to me years before.

This is one way that the Internet has been a positive in the lives of many across the globe, as it does provide us with the opportunity to consume a much larger amount of information in a shorter period of time. Hopefully, we can keep adding to that pile of information, more truly helpful personal information so that the age of the Internet does not continue to create walls of ice around hearts of people as they disconnect more and more from society, but rather, it will hopefully through the personal dissemination of knowledge for helping with basic life issues and such, take a turn for encouraging an increase of compassion and interchange among people of all sorts.

The Internet should be a sort of launch pad to motivate us into action.

I am a big proponent of the importance of the acquisition of knowledge and increasing educational levels on an individual basis, however, one thing that often seems to be missed is the fact that once knowledge is obtained, the motivation to act upon that knowledge, both in sharing the knowledge, as well as in taking part in whatever positive ways that knowledge could personally, physically and socially affect each community through real action where the computer monitor and processing unit are actually turned off…. Unplugged.

Our state of technology provides us with great opportunities for advancement as long as we do not take it to the level of life avoidance, but use it as an enabler for further involvement in real life, due to both the added connections we can make online, as well as through the time we can save by using our technology wisely.

On that note…. Maybe it’s time to go take the dog for a walk to the park……

Mothers around the globe are joining forces to change the face of Jello Pudding as we know it. The “Mothers Against Jello Inferiority” – AKA “MAJI” have created their own pudding brand called “Majistic Pudding or Else.”

They have distributed numerous press releases telling all mothers to buy Majistic Pudding and boycott the Jello Pudding empire because the son of the brother of the cousin of the wife of the 2^nd cousin of the daughter of the Jello CEO told a little old lady in Connecticut that she needed to stop driving because she was getting too old and she complained to the Mothers Society of America (MSA) who then created the new society, MAJI.

The representative of MAJI spoke in a world press conference on the second Thursday of December 2009 about this issue. She is quoted here as saying:

“When we found out the CEO of the brand name that so many mothers have supported in years past, who have cooked Jello Pudding for their children decade after decade, suddenly loses all respect for elderly mothers, we knew it was then time to take a stand against the Nazi Jello Magistrates.”

Mrs. Crockett, the MAJI representative continues….

“Not only have we created a new and better pudding, but all of our pudding is chocolate and it is not discriminatory against age or mothers. We are putting out a number of private investigators to tour the grocery stores across America and Canada and some of the Pacific Islands to monitor the shopping habits of the public and encourage them to stop buying Jello Pudding due to this horrendous behavior on the part of the son of the brother of the cousin of the wife of the 2^nd cousin of the daughter of the Jello CEO.

This outrageous behavior is part of a long history of a lack of respect being shown by the Jello authorities. A woman I met at a Mothers Society of America meeting 5 years ago told me she had a Jello coupon and that it had expired one day before she went to the grocery store. She had 7 children to feed Jello to and had been a loyal Jello consumer for more than 25 years. However, the grocery store manager informed her that the Jello company would not validate expired coupons and therefore she had to pay 25 cents extra per Jello packet. Since she was trying to purchase 10 Jello boxes, that would have cost her an extra $2.50 at the grocery store that day. She had to put the boxes back, go home and make her own pudding from scratch.

This gave us the idea that since Jello Pudding has been forcing us to make our own pudding oftentimes anyway, that we should go ahead and market our pudding to the public and encourage them to boycott the mother haters of Jello corporation.

We realize that many people will not conform to the new MAJI brand, therefore we are sending out Majistic Pudding enforcers to stores across America after the 10^th week of publicity, in case there are still any stragglers who choose to support the mother haters of Jello.

These security enforcers are going to take anyone aside after they have purchased the Jello pudding the moment they leave the store and interrogate them about the reasons why they hate their mother so badly that they would purchase Jello brand pudding.

We are certain that only people who customarily step on cracks will be leftover supporters of Jello and we are petitioning the government as we speak to prosecute those crack steppers with fines as severe as $10,000.00 and up to 4 years in prison.

We hope that all will understand that they must buy Majistic Pudding from now on instead of Jello Pudding or else.”

After this speech, the press surrounded Mrs. Crocker, but her enforcers protected and carefully escorted her to the Buick Lesabre vehicle that she arrived at the world conference in.

We attempted to interview the Jello CEO to discuss these threats and plans of MAJI, but they refused to comment. However, one Jello employee who requested to remain anonymous did make a statement. That statement was. “I am a crack stepper and those mothers are trying to make me lose my job and therefore I will increase my crack stepping in the future in the hopes of breaking as many MAJI backs as I can until their reign of terror ends.”

Yesterday Jello finally submitted a comment to the press. It said “We do not support the cracksteppers of America and we hope that MAJI will meet with us to discuss a solution to this most unfortunate incident that the son of the brother of the cousin of the wife of the 2^nd cousin of the daughter of the Jello CEO has been accused of.”
